About Scott Smith
Thank you for visiting! Photography has been a passion of mine for more than two decades and I’ve decided to share my artwork with others.
A little about me… I recently retired from a job in IT at a major bank in Chicago. After being downtown for nearly 32 years I decided I’d had enough of the daily grind and wanted to get back to something I truly enjoy and that is my photography. Every day I look forward to picking up my camera and see what the world has to offer. The world is a beautiful, ever changing, ever evolving place which means I never run out of beautiful things to photograph. I’m most passionate about landscape photography but I also do product photography, portraits and have done a few weddings. For me, it’s all about the moment.
On a personal note, I’m married (38 years) to a beautiful woman who is my heartbeat and my inspiration, and I have two wonderful, now fully grown adult boys. They are the light of my life.
I hope you find your visit enjoyable, I hope something on the site fires your soul. Should you have any questions please feel free to contact me.
